Overview

As opposed to drawings on paper, digital models which are widely used in manufacturing and other industries (whether in 2D or 3D) are entirely virtual. To access them you may use the CAD software that created them. But what happens if you receive 3D models and drawings from many different systems and do not have the original CAD systems to handle them. These are not only expensive but imply a certain degree of proficiency and training to master the models.

Exact geometry

  • No conversion is performed when importing the file inside 3D Shop Viewer. You work with the geometry as it is in the file. Lines, circles, Topological faces, shells and solids.....

Choose between several display modes in 3D

  • You may view your 3D models in curve mode to be able to interact with objects behind. The standard mode is the «solid renderering» that is the easiest to understand complex shapes. To judge of the smoothness of blending the section mode is very useful.
